Ingredients:
1 lb breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
3 cups frozen hashbrowns, thawed
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
Non-stick cooking spray

Directions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Spray a mini muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
Prepare the Mixture:
In a large bowl, combine the cooked sausage, thawed hashbrowns, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, flour, eggs, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Fill the Muffin Tin:
Spoon the mixture into the prepared mini muffin tin, filling each cup to the top and pressing down lightly.
Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the bites are golden brown and crispy on top.
Serve:
Let the bites cool for a few minutes before removing them from the tin.
