Nacho Cheese Beef Wrap
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning mix
1/4 cup water
1 cup nacho cheese sauce (store-bought or homemade)
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
1/4 cup sliced jalapeƱos (optional)
Sour cream (optional, for serving)
Directions:
Cook the Beef:
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
Add the taco seasoning mix and water to the skillet. Stir to combine and let simmer for about 5 minutes, until the beef is well coated with the seasoning and the mixture has thickened.
Warm the Nacho Cheese Sauce:
While the beef is cooking, warm the nacho cheese sauce in a small saucepan over low heat or in the microwave until smooth and pourable.
Assemble the Wraps:
Lay each flour tortilla flat on a clean surface.
Spoon a generous amount of the seasoned beef onto the center of each tortilla.
Drizzle the warm nacho cheese sauce over the beef.
Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, and any optional toppings like sliced black olives or jalapeƱos.
Wrap It Up:
Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top to create a wrap.
If desired, you can lightly toast the wrapped tortilla in a dry skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes per side, until golden and slightly crisp.
Serve:
Serve the nacho cheese beef wraps warm with a side of sour cream for dipping.
