🍪 Simple Muffins Recipe
A quick and easy muffin recipe that yields soft, fluffy, and delicious muffins every time!

4 cups all-purpose flour
4 tsp baking powder
4 large eggs
1 ¼ cups sugar
1 cup milk
½ cup melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

👩🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it lightly.
2️⃣ Mix the Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
3️⃣ Combine the Wet Ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, milk, and melted butter until smooth and well incorporated. You can also add vanilla extract at this point for extra flavor.
4️⃣ Combine Wet & Dry Mixtures
