Roasted Garlic White Chicken Pizza Recipe

Roasted Garlic White Chicken Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
Pizza Dough:
1 pound pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
Garlic Sauce:
1 head of garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Pizza Toppings:
1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh basil leaves, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
Roast the Garlic:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice off the top of the garlic head to expose the cloves slightly. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Wrap in foil and roast for about 30-35 minutes, until garlic cloves are soft and caramelized. Allow to cool slightly, then squeeze out the roasted garlic cloves into a small bowl.
Prepare the Garlic Sauce:
Mash the roasted garlic cloves with a fork until smooth. Mix in the ricotta cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, and shredded mozzarella cheese until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
Prepare the Pizza Dough:
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer to a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Assemble the Pizza:
Spread the garlic sauce evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Distribute the cooked chicken breast evenly over the sauce. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake the Pizza:
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Finish and Serve:
Remove from the oven and let the pizza cool for a few minutes. Sprinkle with chopped fresh basil leaves, if desired, before slicing and serving.
