Ingredients:
4 cups corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
1/4 cup unsalted butter
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup heavy cream
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
Prepare the Corn:
If using fresh corn, remove the kernels from the cob. If using frozen corn, thaw and drain it.
Melt the Butter:
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Cook the Corn:
Add the corn kernels to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5-7 minutes, until the corn is heated through and starts to turn golden.
Add Honey and Cream:
Stir in the honey and heavy cream. Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until the mixture is well combined and heated through.
Season:
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve:
Remove from heat and garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired. Serve hot.
