Creamy Cheesy Chicken Broccoli Rice Bake
Ingredients:
– 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
– 3 cups broccoli florets, steamed
– 2 cups cooked white rice
– 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup
– 1 cup sour cream
– 1 cup milk
– 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Stir in the shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, cooked rice, and 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese.
4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread it evenly.
5. Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese on top.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
