Ingredients:
4 small flour tortillas or taco shells (for a healthier option, use whole wheat or gluten-free tortillas)
1 cup mixed fruits (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, mango, pineapple, or any favorite fruits)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt for dairy-free option)
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional for added sweetness)
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
1/4 cup granola or chopped nuts (for crunch)
Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
Lime wedges (for a zesty flavor)

Directions:
Prepare the Fruit:
Wash and slice your mixed fruits into bite-sized pieces (strawberries, kiwi, mango, etc.).
Set the fruit aside.
Assemble the Tortillas:
Warm the tortillas slightly in a skillet or microwave to make them pliable.
Spread a tablespoon of Greek yogurt on each tortilla as the base.
Fill the Tacos:
Evenly distribute the sliced fruits over the yogurt base in each tortilla.
Add Sweetness and Crunch:
