Crockpot Cheeseburgers
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cheddar cheese soup
1/4 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
8 hamburger buns
Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles, bacon, ketchup, mustard, etc.
Directions:
Brown the Beef:
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef along with the chopped onion and garlic. Cook until the beef is no longer pink and the onions are translucent. Drain any excess grease.
Add to Crockpot:
Transfer the cooked beef mixture to your crockpot.
Add Sauces & Cheese:
Stir in the condensed cheddar cheese soup, shredded cheddar, milk, mustard, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well to ensure everything is evenly combined.
Cook in Crockpot:
Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours. Stir occasionally to ensure the cheese melts evenly and the mixture stays creamy.
Assemble Cheeseburgers:
Once the mixture is fully cooked and creamy, scoop the cheesy beef mixture onto the hamburger buns.
Serve:
Add your desired toppings like lettuce, tomato, pickles, bacon, or extra cheese. Serve warm.
