Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole

Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
8 oz bacon, cooked and crumbled
8 oz penne pasta (or any pasta of choice)
1 packet ranch seasoning mix (about 1 oz)
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1½ cups heavy cream
1 cup sour cream
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Directions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch casserole dish.
Cook the Pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to the package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Sauce:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, sour cream, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well until smooth.
Assemble the Casserole:
In the greased casserole dish, combine the cooked chicken, crumbled bacon (reserve some for topping), and cooked pasta. Pour the ranch sauce over the mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.
Top with Cheese:
Sprinkle shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses evenly over the casserole. Add the reserved bacon on top.
Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish and Serve:
Remove the casserole from the oven and let it sit for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve warm.
