Easy Hamburger Rice Casserole
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 cup uncooked white rice
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1 ½ cups beef broth
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Directions:
Cook the Beef:
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is soft and translucent. Drain excess fat if necessary.
Combine Ingredients:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef mixture, uncooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Assemble the Casserole:
Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch casserole dish. Spread it out evenly.
Bake:
Cover the casserole dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes. After 45 minutes, remove the foil, stir, and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top. Return to the oven and bake uncovered for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve:
Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve hot.
