Pizza Monkey Bread
Ingredients:
2 cans (16 oz each) refrigerated biscuit dough (or pizza dough)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup pepperoni slices, chopped
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Marinara or pizza sauce for dipping
Instructions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a Bundt pan or a large oven-safe dish with cooking spray or butter.
Prepare the Dough:
Open the cans of biscuit or pizza dough and cut each piece of dough into quarters.
Combine Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cut dough pieces, shredded mozzarella, chopped pepperoni, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Toss everything together until the dough pieces are evenly coated.
Layer the Dough:
Place the coated dough pieces into the greased Bundt pan, spreading them out evenly. Pour the melted butter over the top.
Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through. If the top starts browning too quickly, cover it loosely with foil during the last 10 minutes of baking.
Cool:
Once baked, let the monkey bread cool in the pan for about 5 minutes before carefully flipping it onto a serving plate.
Serve:
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley (optional) and serve warm with marinara or pizza sauce for dipping.
