Caesar Chicken

Caesar Chicken

Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Lemon wedges for serving (optional)

Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Coat Chicken: In a bowl, mix the Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic. Coat each chicken breast with the Caesar dressing mixture.
Bread the Chicken: In a separate bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs with olive oil. Press the coated chicken breasts into the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
Bake: Place the breaded chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a lightly greased baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the breadcrumbs are golden brown and crispy. The internal temperature of the chicken should reach 165°F (74°C).
Garnish: Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges if desired.
Serve: Enjoy your Caesar Chicken with a side of vegetables, over a bed of greens, or with your favorite side dish!
