Easy Peach Fluff Salad
Ingredients:
1 can (15 oz) peach slices, drained and chopped
1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 cup whipped cream or Cool Whip
1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)
Directions:
Prepare the Base:
In a large bowl, combine the chopped peach slices and crushed pineapple.
Add Pudding Mix:
Sprinkle the instant vanilla pudding mix over the fruit and stir gently until well combined. The pudding mix will help thicken and add flavor to the salad.
Incorporate Whipped Cream:
Fold in the whipped cream or Cool Whip until evenly mixed with the fruit and pudding mixture.
Add Extras:
Gently fold in the mini marshmallows.
If using, stir in the chopped pecans or walnuts and shredded coconut.
Chill:
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld and the salad to chill.
Serve:
Serve chilled as a refreshing side dish or dessert.
