Crab Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
1 pound crab meat (fresh, canned, or imitation), drained and shredded if necessary
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill or 1 teaspoon dried dill
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper (optional)
1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
Prepare the Ingredients:
If using fresh crab meat, ensure it’s picked over for shells and shredded if needed. If using canned crab meat, drain it well.
Mix the Dressing:
In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and dill. Mix well.
Add the Crab and Vegetables:
Gently fold in the crab meat, celery, bell pepper (if using), and green onions until well combined.
Season:
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust seasoning as needed.
Chill:
Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Serve:
