Big Mac Wraps
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef (85/15 for flavor)
Salt and pepper to taste
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded lettuce
½ cup diced onions
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup dill pickle slices
For the Big Mac Sauce:
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon paprika
Directions:
Prepare the Ground Beef:
In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it up into small crumbles as it cooks. Season with salt and pepper.
Once fully cooked, drain excess grease and set the beef aside.
Make the Big Mac Sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, yellow mustard, white vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Assemble the Wraps:
Lay the flour tortillas flat on a clean surface.
Spread about 1 tablespoon of Big Mac sauce on each tortilla.
Add a layer of shredded lettuce, diced onions, and dill pickle slices.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
Add a generous portion of the cooked ground beef to the center of each tortilla.
Wrap It Up:
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly, burrito-style, to form the wrap.
Serve:
Serve the Big Mac wraps with extra Big Mac sauce on the side for dipping, or enjoy them as-is!
