Gooey Mozzarella Biscuit Bombs
Ingredients:
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
8 mozzarella cheese sticks (or cubed mozzarella)
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Marinara sauce (for dipping)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Flatten each biscuit and place a mozzarella stick (or cheese cube) in the center.
Fold the biscuit dough around the cheese, pinching the edges to seal completely.
Place the biscuit bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Brush the mixture over the tops of the biscuit bombs.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and puffed up.
Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
