Cookie Dough Dip-a Creamy
Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup mini chocolate chips
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup milk (optional, for thinning the dip if needed)
Instructions:
1. Cream Butter and Cream Cheese:
In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and butter with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
2. Add Sugars and Vanilla:
Add the powdered sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the bowl. Beat again until everything is well combined and the mixture is light and fluffy.
3. Stir in Chocolate Chips:
Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips using a spatula. If the dip is too thick, you can add a little milk (1 tablespoon at a time) until you reach your desired consistency.
4. Serve:
Transfer the cookie dough dip to a serving bowl and garnish with extra chocolate chips if desired. Serve with graham crackers, pretzels, cookies, or fresh fruit for dipping.
