Reese’s Oreo Balls

Ingredients:
1 package (15.25 oz) Oreo cookies
1 cup creamy peanut butter
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 cups milk chocolate chips
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Crushed peanuts or additional crushed Oreos (for garnish, optional)

Directions:
Place the Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until finely crushed.
In a large bowl, combine the crushed Oreos, peanut butter, and cream cheese. Mix until well blended and smooth.
Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes, or until firm.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the milk chocolate chips and vegetable oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
Dip each chilled Oreo ball into the melted chocolate, using a fork to coat evenly. Return to the parchment-lined baking sheet.
Garnish with crushed peanuts or additional crushed Oreos if desired.
Refrigerate the chocolate-covered balls until the coating is set.
