Slow Cooker Cheesy Bacon Ranch Potatoes

Ingredients:
2 lbs baby potatoes, quartered
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 oz)
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons butter, cubed
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking spray or butter for greasing

Directions:
Grease the inside of your slow cooker with cooking spray or butter.
Add a layer of potatoes, then sprinkle with ranch seasoning, cheese, bacon, and butter cubes. Repeat layering until all ingredients are used, reserving some cheese and bacon for topping.
Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until potatoes are tender.
Once cooked, stir in the sour cream and sprinkle the remaining cheese and bacon on top.
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
