Cheddar Ranch Chicken Burgers

Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) ground chicken
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 large egg, beaten
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)
4 burger buns
Lettuce, tomato slices, and other toppings (optional)

Directions:
Prepare the Burger Mixture: In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, ranch seasoning, garlic, parsley, beaten egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated. Shape the mixture into 4 patties.
Cook the Burgers: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken patties and cook for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F/74°C) and golden brown on the outside.
Assemble the Burgers: Toast the burger buns and assemble each burger with the cooked patties, lettuce, tomato slices, and any other desired toppings.
Serve: Serve immediately with fries or salad on the side.
