Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
½ cup Greek yogurt
1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
½ cup ice (optional, for thicker texture)

Directions:
Prepare the Ingredients: Peel the banana and slice it into chunks. If using fresh blueberries, wash them thoroughly.
Blend: In a blender, combine the banana, blueberries, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey (if using), vanilla extract, and ice (if using).
Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk, a little at a time, to reach your desired consistency.
Serve: Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately. You can garnish with a few extra blueberries or a sprinkle of chia seeds if desired.
