Bubblegum Cloud Fudge

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp bubblegum extract
Pink food coloring (optional)
Sprinkles (optional, for topping)

Directions:
Melt the Chocolate: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
Add Flavoring: Remove the pan from heat and stir in the bubblegum extract. Add a few drops of pink food coloring to achieve your desired color, and mix well.
Pour into Pan: Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper. Pour the fudge mixture into the pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
Add Sprinkles (Optional): If desired, sprinkle your favorite toppings over the fudge for added texture and fun.
Chill and Set: Place the pan in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours or until the fudge is firm.
Cut and Serve: Once set, remove the fudge from the pan, cut it into squares, and enjoy!
