Ingredients:
3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
1 cup mini marshmallows
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional, for topping)

Directions:
Prepare the Rice Krispy Base: In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth. Remove from heat.
Combine Cereal: In a large bowl, add the Rice Krispies cereal. Pour the melted marshmallow mixture over the cereal and stir until well combined.
Form the Crust: Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan to create the crust. Set aside to cool.
Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
Whip the Cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
Assemble the Cheesecake: Pour the cheesecake filling over the Rice Krispy crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
Serve: Once set, remove the cheesecake from the springform pan. Top with chocolate chips if desired and slice to serve.
