Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes, drained
1 cup frozen corn
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
8 oz egg noodles, cooked and drained
1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers (or breadcrumbs)
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)

Instructions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Cook the Beef:
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef with the diced onion and minced garlic until the beef is browned and the onion is softened. Drain any excess fat.
Season and Mix:
Season the beef mixture with salt and black pepper. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, drained diced tomatoes, and frozen corn. Mix well to combine.
Combine with Noodles:
