Nacho Cheese Beef Wrap

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1/2 cup water
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup nacho cheese sauce
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup sliced jalapeƱos (optional)
1/2 cup sour cream (optional)
Olive oil, for grilling

Directions:
Cook the Beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat. Stir in the taco seasoning and water. Simmer for about 5 minutes, until thickened.
Prepare the Wraps:
Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon a portion of the seasoned beef into the center, followed by a drizzle of nacho cheese sauce. Add shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and jalapeƱos if using.
Wrap the Tortilla:
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top. Repeat this step for the remaining tortillas.
Grill the Wraps:
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Place the wraps seam-side down and grill until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Serve:
Slice the wraps in half and serve with sour cream on the side if desired.
