Honey Garlic Butter Roasted Carrots
Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) carrots, peeled and sliced into sticks
2 tbsp honey
3 tbsp butter, melted
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
Prepare the Carrots:
In a large bowl, toss the carrot sticks with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. Spread them out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Mix the Honey Garlic Butter:
In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, honey, and minced garlic.
Coat the Carrots:
Drizzle the honey garlic butter mixture over the carrots and toss them to coat thoroughly.
Roast the Carrots:
Place the carrots in the preheated oven and roast for 25-30 minutes, tossing halfway through, until they are tender and caramelized.
Garnish and Serve:
Once the carrots are roasted, remove from the oven and garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve warm.
