Chicken Crescent Rolls

Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works well)
1 can (8 oz) crescent roll dough
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp butter, melted
1 tbsp parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Directions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Prepare Chicken Filling:
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until everything is well combined.
Assemble the Rolls:
Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles. Place a heaping tablespoon of the chicken mixture onto the wide end of each triangle. Roll the dough, starting from the wide end and tucking in the filling as you go. Place the filled rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush with Butter:
Brush the tops of the crescent rolls with melted butter for a golden, crispy finish.
Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and fully cooked.
Serve:
Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm as a delicious appetizer, snack, or main dish.
