Melt In Your Mouth Caesar Chicken
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup Caesar salad dressing
½ cup sour cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish large enough to hold the chicken breasts in a single layer.
Prepare the Caesar Sauce:
In a mixing bowl, combine the Caesar dressing, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and well combined.
Coat the Chicken:
