Cherry Cheesecake Lush Dessert

Ingredients:
1 package graham crackers (about 2 cups, crushed)
½ cup butter, melted
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 ½ cups cold milk
1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling

Directions:
Prepare the Crust:
Crush graham crackers in a food processor or with a rolling pin. Mix the crushed graham crackers with melted butter until combined.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan to form the crust. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes to set.
Make the Cream Cheese Layer:
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping.
Spread this mixture evenly over the chilled graham cracker crust.
Prepare the Pudding Layer:
In another bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and cold milk until thickened (about 2 minutes). Fold in another cup of whipped topping.
Gently spread the pudding mixture over the cream cheese layer.
Add the Topping:
Spread the remaining whipped topping over the pudding layer. Then, carefully spoon the cherry pie filling over the top, spreading it evenly.
Chill and Serve:
Refrigerate the dessert for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the layers to set.
Cut into squares and serve chilled.
