Chicken Alfredo Garlic Bread Pizza Recipe

Ingredients:
1 loaf of French bread (or Italian bread), sliced in half lengthwise
1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
1 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for a little heat)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:
Prepare the Bread Base:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the halved French bread on a baking sheet, cut side up.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and olive oil. Brush this garlic butter mixture generously over both halves of the bread. Sprinkle Italian seasoning evenly on top.
Toast the Garlic Bread:
Place the bread in the preheated oven and bake for about 5-7 minutes, until the edges are golden and crispy. Remove from the oven, but leave it on as you’ll bake the assembled pizza shortly.
Prepare the Toppings:
Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce evenly over each piece of toasted garlic bread. Make sure to cover the entire surface.
Sprinkle about half of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
Evenly distribute the cooked chicken on top of the cheese.
Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses over the chicken.
Bake the Pizza:
Place the assembled garlic bread pizzas back into the oven. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly with a slight golden crust.
Serve:
Remove the pizzas from the oven and let them cool slightly. Garnish with fresh parsley and red pepper flakes (if using) for added flavor.
Slice and Enjoy:
Slice the garlic bread pizzas into smaller pieces and serve hot.
Optional Add-Ons:
Add a few sautéed mushrooms or spinach for extra flavor.
You can also drizzle a bit of balsamic glaze over the top before serving for a sweet contrast to the creamy Alfredo.
