Whipped Lemonade

Ingredients:
1/4 cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream (chilled)
1/2 cup cold water
1-2 tablespoons sugar (optional, to taste)
Ice cubes (for serving)
Lemon slices (for garnish)
Mint leaves (optional for garnish)

Directions:
Whip the Cream:
In a medium-sized bowl, pour in the chilled heavy whipping cream. Use a hand mixer or whisk to beat the cream until it forms soft peaks, about 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
Make the Lemon Base:
In a blender, combine the lemon juice, sweetened condensed milk, and cold water. Blend until well mixed and frothy. If you prefer a sweeter drink, add sugar and blend again to combine.
Combine the Lemon Base and Whipped Cream:
Gently fold the whipped cream into the lemon mixture until fully incorporated and smooth. Be careful not to deflate the whipped cream too much.
Serve:
Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the whipped lemonade over the ice. Garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves if desired.
