Super Easy Peach Cobbler Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 can (15 oz) sliced peaches in syrup (undrained)
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)

Instructions:
Preheat the oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Melt the butter:
Pour the melted butter into a 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
Prepare the batter:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Slowly add the milk, stirring until just combined. The batter will be slightly lumpy, and that’s okay.
Assemble the cobbler:
Pour the batter over the melted butter in the baking dish. Do not stir. Spoon the peaches and syrup evenly over the batter. Again, do not stir. The batter will rise around the peaches as it bakes.
Add cinnamon (optional):
If using, sprinkle ground cinnamon over the top for extra flavor.
Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the cobbler is bubbly.
Serve:
Let the cobbler cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream
