Easy Garlic Cheese Bombs
Ingredients:
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
4 oz mozzarella cheese (cut into 8 small cubes)
4 tbsp butter (melted)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley (chopped for garnish)
Directions:
Prepare the Biscuits:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the 8 biscuits.
Stuff with Cheese:
Flatten each biscuit slightly and place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center. Fold the dough around the cheese, pinching the seams to seal, and roll it into a ball.
Arrange on the Baking Sheet:
Place the cheese-filled dough balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Make the Garlic Butter:
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
Brush and Bake:
Generously brush each cheese bomb with the garlic butter mixture. Sprinkle the tops with grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffy.
Garnish and Serve:
Remove from the oven and brush with any remaining garlic butter. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
Serve hot and enjoy the gooey cheese filling!
