1 bell pepper, sliced
2 carrots, julienned
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup bean sprouts
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions:
1. Marinate the sliced chicken or pork with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch. Set aside for 10-15 minutes.

4. Add the bean sprouts and cooked meat back into the pan. Stir to combine.
5. In a small bowl, mix 1/4 cup soy sauce, oyster sauce, chicken broth, sugar, and the remaining 1 tablespoon of cornstarch. Pour this mixture into the pan.

7. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
