Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion (chopped)
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes (drained)
2 cups uncooked egg noodles (or pasta of your choice)
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)

Instructions:
Preheat the oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the noodles:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Cook the beef and onion:
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is softened. Drain any excess fat.
Mix the sauce:
In a large bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, drained diced tomatoes, milk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Combine ingredients:
Stir the cooked noodles and beef mixture into the sauce until everything is well combined. Then add 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese and mix until combined.
Assemble the casserole:
Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Top with the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese.
Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve hot.
This Amish Country Casserole is a comforting, cheesy dish that’s perfect for a cozy family dinner. Enjoy!
