Ingredients:
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip, thawed
1 ½ cups fresh strawberries, chopped
1 cup crushed shortbread or vanilla wafer cookies (plus extra for garnish)

Directions:
Prepare the Creamy Base:
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well-combined and fluffy.
Fold in Cool Whip:
