Ingredients:
12 oz pasta (rotini, penne, or bowtie)
1 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
1 1/2 cups cooked bacon (crumbled)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
1/2 cup diced cucumber (optional)
1/4 cup red onion (diced)
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley or chives (for garnish)
Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions:
Cook the pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside to cool.
Prepare the dressing:
