Million Dollar Chicken Casserole

Million Dollar Chicken Casserole

Ingredients:
4 cups cooked, shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup crushed Ritz crackers (about 1 sleeve)
2 tablespoons melted butter
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Mix the Filling:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and cream of chicken soup. Stir until smooth and well mixed.
Add the shredded chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Mix everything together until the chicken is evenly coated.
3. Assemble the Casserole:
Spread the chicken mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
4. Prepare the Cracker Topping:
In a small bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with the melted butter until the crumbs are evenly coated.
5. Bake:
Sprinkle the cracker topping evenly over the chicken mixture.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly and the cracker topping is golden brown.
6. Garnish and Serve:
Remove the casserole from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
