π Crockpot Mississippi Chicken
π§ Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
1 packet Au Jus gravy mix
Β½ cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
5β6 pepperoncini peppers
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: fresh chopped parsley for garnish
π©βπ³ Instructions:
Place chicken breasts in the bottom of your crockpot.
Sprinkle the Ranch seasoning and Au Jus gravy mix evenly over the chicken.
Add butter on top (no need to sliceβit will melt down).
Place pepperoncini peppers on and around the chicken.
Cover and cook on:
LOW for 6β7 hours
or HIGH for 4 hours
(Chicken should shred easily with two forks.)
Shred the chicken in the crockpot and stir it into the juices for max flavor.
Garnish with parsley if desired, and serve warm.

With buttered rice or egg noodles
Stuffed into wraps or tacos!

Add more pepperoncinis for extra tang and a hint of heat.
