1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

¼ cup granulated sugar

🍯 For the Caramel Filling:
1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip) or homemade whipped cream

½ cup chopped pecans

🍫 For the Topping:
½ cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk)

1 tablespoon heavy cream or milk

Extra caramel sauce and pecans for garnish

Instructions:
Make the crust:
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press firmly into a 9-inch pie dish. Chill in the fridge for 20–30 minutes to firm up.

Make the filling:
In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Mix in the caramel sauce. Fold in the whipped topping and chopped pecans. Pour the filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top.

Chill:
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best texture.

Top it off:
