🧈 Garlic Butter Chicken Bites with Creamy Parmesan Pasta
Tender, garlicky chicken bites served over creamy, cheesy pasta — an easy, satisfying dish the whole family will love!
🛒 Ingredients:
For the Chicken:
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & black pepper, to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
For the Pasta:
12 oz fettuccine or pasta of choice
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup chicken broth
½ cup heavy cream (optional for extra creaminess)
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
🍳 Instructions:
1. Cook the Pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of the pasta water, then drain and set aside.
2. Season & Cook the Chicken:
In a bowl, toss the chicken pieces with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook for 4–5 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
3. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Add chicken broth and stir to deglaze the pan.
4. Create the Creamy Parmesan Sauce:
Lower the heat and add the heavy cream (if using), Parmesan cheese, and a splash of reserved pasta water. Stir until smooth and creamy. Add cooked pasta and toss until fully coated.
5. Combine & Serve:
Return chicken to the skillet and toss everything together. Taste and adjust seasoning. Garnish with fresh parsley and more Parmesan, if desired.

Add spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, or mushrooms for extra flavor and veggies.
Use rotini or penne for a fun twist on the pasta.
