Greek Yogurt Cookie Dough
A healthier, no-bake treat that’s perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth while getting a protein boost!
Ingredients:
½ cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
2 tbsp peanut butter (or almond butter)
1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup oat flour (or almond flour)
Directions:
Mix Ingredients:
In a medium-sized bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract.
Stir everything together until smooth and well-combined.
Add Flour:
Gradually add the oat flour (or almond flour) to the mixture and stir until fully incorporated. The dough should be thick but slightly sticky.
Chill (Optional):
For a firmer dough, you can place the bowl in the fridge for 10-15 minutes to let it set.
Enjoy:
Scoop out small portions of the dough and roll them into bite-sized balls.
