🧄🧀 Cheesy Bacon Stuffed Garlic Bread Wreath
This pull-apart masterpiece is crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside, and bursting with cheesy, garlicky, bacon-packed flavor. Perfect as a holiday appetizer or crowd-pleasing side!
🧾 Ingredients (Makes 1 Wreath):
1 loaf refrigerated pizza dough
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 tbsp butter, melted
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
👩🍳 Instructions:
Preheat Oven:
Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll & Cut the Dough:
On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle.
Cut into 12–14 equal-sized squares.
Fill the Squares:
In a bowl, mix mozzarella, cheddar, and crumbled bacon.
Add a heaping spoonful of the cheese-bacon mix onto the center of each square.
Fold the corners of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal into a ball.
Form the Wreath:
Place the stuffed dough balls seam-side down in a ring shape on your prepared sheet. Leave slight space between each ball for rising.
Brush & Bake:
Mix melted butter with garlic powder and brush generously over the dough balls.
Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
Finish & Serve:
Brush with any remaining garlic butter and sprinkle parsley on top.
