🍌 Sweet Cinnamon Air Fryer Banana Chips 🍌
Crispy, naturally sweet, and oh-so-addictive! These banana chips are the perfect guilt-free snack and take just minutes in the air fryer!
🧾 Ingredients:
~ 2 firm, ripe bananas (peeled & sliced thinly into rounds) 🍌
~ 1 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil 🧈🥥
~ 1 tbsp white sugar (or coconut sugar for a healthier option) 🍬
~ ½ tsp ground cinnamon 🌰
👩🍳 Instructions:
Prep the bananas:
Slice the bananas into thin, even rounds—about 1/8 inch thick works best for a crispy texture.
Coat with goodness:
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter or coconut oil with the sugar and cinnamon. Toss the banana slices gently in the mixture until coated evenly.
Arrange in the air fryer:
Place banana slices in a single layer in your air fryer basket. Make sure they don’t overlap to ensure even crisping.
Air fry to perfection:
Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through. Keep an eye on them the last few minutes—they crisp quickly!
Cool & enjoy:
Let chips cool on a wire rack. They’ll continue to crisp as they cool. Store in an airtight container for up to a week (if they last that long 😅).
