All my time is dedicated to caring for our disabled sons, while my husband spent his days with his secretary — when my father-in-law uncovered the truth, he gave my husband a reality check.

Three years ago, my twin sons, Lucas and Noah, experienced a car accident with my husband, Mark, driving them home after school. They both survived, but suffered disabilities as a result.

Today, they’re ten.

My daily life is consumed by medications, physical therapy, and lifting two boys who rely entirely on me.

I haven’t had more than four consecutive hours of sleep in years.

Mark, on the other hand, has been “living at the office” at his father’s logistics company, assuring me that when he takes the CEO role, we could hire full-time nurses.

I trusted his promises.

But eventually, doubts crept in.

There were late-night “meetings” and weekend “client dinners.”

Last Wednesday, an incident happened. Lucas slipped in the bathroom, and having thrown out my back earlier that day, I couldn’t lift him.

I called Mark seventeen times.

Seventeen times.

Calls went directly to voicemail.

A neighbor ended up helping me carry my crying son to bed.

Mark arrived home at 10 p.m. as if nothing was out of place.

While he was showering, his phone showed a message.

A message from “Client Jessica.”

“That hotel view was almost as good as you. Can’t wait for our weekend trip.”

Jessica is his secretary, only 22.

When confronted, Mark admitted without hesitation.

He laughed.

He said I was “UNAPPEALING” because I “always smelled like antiseptic and looked EXHAUSTED.”

Two days passed and Mark’s father, Arthur, came to visit.

He found me crying in the kitchen.

After I explained everything, his expression hardened.

“Tomorrow morning, I’m calling Mark to headquarters at 8 a.m. I’ll say he’s finally CEO.”

He looked firmly at me.

“But what comes next… oh God. It’s going to be a BIG SHOW. He’ll regret everything. Be there. Please come and see.”

Next morning at 8:00 a.m., I heard Mark scream from Arthur’s office.

Then a loud, heavy sound hit the floor.

When I entered, my legs almost buckled. ⬇️
