Ingredients:
1 bottle of white wine (Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio work best)
1 cup green apple schnapps
½ cup white rum
½ cup simple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
2 green apples, thinly sliced
1 lemon, thinly sliced (optional for a citrusy balance)
Sparkling water or lemon-lime soda (optional, for topping)
Ice, for serving
Instructions:
Prep the Fruit 🍏🍋
Thinly slice the green apples (and lemon if using). Set aside a few slices for garnish.
Mix It Up 🍷
In a large pitcher, combine white wine, green apple schnapps, white rum, and simple syrup. Stir well.
Add the Fruit 🍃
Add the sliced apples and lemon to the pitcher. Gently stir to mix.
Chill 🧊
Refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours (or overnight) to allow the flavors to blend.
Serve 🍸
Fill glasses with ice, pour in sangria, and top with a splash of sparkling water or lemon-lime soda if desired. Garnish with reserved apple slices.
Tip: For extra flair, freeze apple slices in ice cube trays with water or white grape juice! ❄️🍏
