Cheesy Sloppy Cheeseburger Pasta
A comfort food mashup thatβs weeknight-friendly and kid-approved!
π Ingredients:
π₯© 1 pound ground beef
π§ 1 medium onion, chopped
π 2 cups elbow macaroni (uncooked)
π 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
π§ 2 cloves garlic, minced (optional but delicious)
π§ Salt and pepper, to taste
π§ 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
π§ 1 tbsp butter (optional, for richness)
πΆοΈ Β½ tsp paprika (optional, for a smoky kick)
πΏ Chopped parsley or green onions for garnish (optional)

Cook the Pasta:
Boil the macaroni in salted water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Brown the Beef:
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until beef is browned and onions are soft. Drain any excess grease.
Add Flavor:
Stir in minced garlic (if using), tomato sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5β7 minutes.
Combine & Melt:
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet. Stir in the cheese and butter until everything is gooey and well coated.
