Strawberry Glaze Cake 🍰🍓

Ingredients:
For the Cake:
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour 🌾
2 cups granulated sugar 🍚
1 cup unsalted butter, softened 🧈
4 large eggs 🥚
1 cup buttermilk 🥛
½ cup strawberry puree 🍓
1 teaspoon vanilla extract 🍨
Instructions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round or bundt pan.
Cream Butter & Sugar:
In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy.
Add Eggs:
Beat in the eggs, one at a time, making sure to fully incorporate each egg before adding the next.
Mix in Wet Ingredients:
Add the buttermilk, strawberry puree, and vanilla extract, mixing until everything is well combined.
Add Dry Ingredients:
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour. Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Pour & Bake:
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Prepare the Glaze (Optional):
For the glaze, you can mix 1/2 cup strawberry puree with 1 cup powdered sugar and a tablespoon of milk. Drizzle it over the cooled cake.
