2 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed

1 ½ cups cooked lobster meat, chopped

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 small shallot, finely minced

1 clove garlic, minced

¼ cup heavy cream

¼ teaspoon paprika

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional, for brightness)

👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat Oven
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Grease or line a mini muffin tin.
2️⃣ Prepare Puff Pastry Cups
Roll out puff pastry sheets slightly.
Cut into 3-inch squares.
Press each square into the muffin tin, folding corners slightly to form a cup shape.
Bake 10–12 minutes until puffed and golden. Remove and let cool slightly.
3️⃣ Make the Lobster Filling
In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter.
Add shallot and garlic; sauté 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
Add chopped lobster meat, cream, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Cook 2–3 minutes, stirring until heated through.
Finish with lemon juice and chopped parsley.
