For the Mozzarella Sticks:

8 mozzarella sticks (cut from a block)

1 egg + 2 tablespoons water (whisked)

½ cup all-purpose flour

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon garlic powder

Oil for frying
For the Nashville Hot Butter:

3 tablespoons melted butter

1–2 teaspoons cayenne pepper (adjust to heat preference)

½ teaspoon brown sugar

Pinch of salt
For the Buttermilk Ranch:

½ cup ranch dressing

2 tablespoons buttermilk

❄️ Step 1: Freeze the Cheese
Place mozzarella sticks on a plate and freeze for at least 1 hour.
